“…I want to thank you for your help these few weeks in helping set up interviews. I enjoyed working with you and will definitely recommend you to others needing to find a nanny or position. You are professional but at the same time casual and very personable.
When I started looking for a job I found that some agencies were just a little too “high class” or outright intimidating, and I was excited that you were different in that matter… It was a real pleasure to work with you and I thank you for all your hard work and effort!”
Nannies need to have at least 3 years of professional child care experience to apply – such as paid babysitting, nannying, working in a daycare or preschool or school, camp counselor etc – any paid position that was working with children.
Q: Does it cost anything to apply or find a great nanny job through Bay Super Nannies?
It is always free for nannies to apply and be placed through Bay Super Nannies! There are no fees of any kind, and you do NOT pay a portion of your salary to the agency.
Q: Do nannies need to drive and/or have a car?
There are sometimes jobs in San Francisco that don’t require a nanny to drive or have a car. On the Peninsula, a nanny must drive and have a car to apply.
Q: Do you place live-in nannies?
No – BSN ONLY refers live-out nannies (nannies who do not live with their employers)
Q: Do you refer for nanny jobs in the East Bay, South Bay, or Marin?
Not anymore, sorry!
Q: Do you refer for part time (less than 32 hours/week)?
No – by focusing on full time nannies ONLY (full time is 32 or more hours per week), BSN can offer nannies more choices of great full time jobs in their area!
Q: Do you refer post-partum doulas (also called night nannies or night nurses) for families with newborns?
No, I simply refer parents to the Bay Area Night Doulas at www.BayAreaNightDoulas.com , a highly recommended collaboration of night doulas.
